Contact Export

The Contact Export feature allows you to download and analyze contact data from your Lists. Whether you need to share contacts with your team, perform offline analysis, or maintain records, Contact Export makes it easy to access and export the information you need.

To access your contacts and export data:

• Log in to your Deep Enrich account.
• From the left navigation panel, click Lists.
• Select the list you want to work with.

• The contacts associated with that list will appear on the screen.

• Use available filters to narrow down your results if required.
• Select individual contacts or choose all contacts within the list.
• Click the Export button.
• Your contact data will be prepared and downloaded in the available export format.

Access to contact exports is controlled by user roles.

• Can view all contacts.
• Can export all contacts across the workspace.

• Can view contacts within assigned teams or groups.
• Can export contacts that they have permission to access.

• Can view the contacts they have added or purchased.
• Cannot export contacts.

Filters help you export only the contacts that match specific criteria.

Use tags to find contacts belonging to a specific category, campaign, or workflow.

• Click Filter by Tag.
• Select one or more tags.
• Click Apply.
• The contact list will update automatically.

Depending on your account permissions, you may also be able to filter contacts by:

• Assigned Manager
• Team Member
• Custom Tags

Using filters before exporting helps ensure you're downloading only the contacts relevant to your current task.

Depending on your permissions and available contact data, exports may include:

• Full Name
• Job Title
• Company Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• LinkedIn Profile
• Contact Owner
• Date Added

Note: The fields included in an export may vary based on your account permissions and available data.
